Mental Health Costs
I would think, I mean it just seems obvious to me, if you make available more or just some basic programs for those dealing with then there is a better chance of recovery; giving us the ability to live and survive with dignity. Yet, every where I look, more and more cuts into the limited budgets of the slimming organizations to help consumers. Then it becomes a never ending circle. We are too sick to work, we loose our insurance but we need to work to put food on the table and a roof over our head. Now our medications are not covered and because we work we are not able to get medicaid so we can’t buy our meds. Before you know it, we are a cautionary tale for a few lines in a newspaper’s obituary or making the nightly news for an event out of our control. Am I over stating it? You be the judge!
