Mental Health Humor and Cartoons

I was told by a few readers that they were having a hard time getting around my blog even with the calendar and past posts wedgits… So, I created an index/site map for all the cartoons that you can access from any page. Just use the menu bar link or click on the word “Site Map” over on the left. This is what it will look like below. I’ll post the topic and a thumbnail of the cartoon just click on the link to check it out. Then use the menu bar link to get back. I will update this page with the cartoons every day. This should make getting around the site a piece of cake…… cake did some one say cake… Ummmmmmmm…or is that YUM!

understood that if I want cartoons removed at any time, or halt the use I will contact you via email you provide below to cease and desist all use and you will promptly remove them / stop use.

modified and when used a tagline “used with permission of Chato B. Stewart” or
“reprinted with permission by Chato B. Stewart” and link to
http://www.mentalhealthhumor.com should appear with each cartoon when used online or in any type of non-profit print. At no time may the cartoons be used to discriminate or defame or promote the stigma of mental health or be used in any other way then other than what they are intended for. Nor shall they be used in print for profit or for sale of any kind. This would include but not limited to: unauthorized direct sale of the images or its likeness on products ( t-shirts, Mouse Pad, Hats etc. ) or any form of profitable media available now or in the future.

I, Chato B. Stewart, hold all rights to the cartoons and am allowing you limited use of the art work / Cartoons series Mental Health Humor until otherwise noted for your personal use. (Today.com does not own the cartoons I do, any questions about the use of the cartoons should be directed to me)

Amendment 1: Google Adsence ( May 10th, 2008)
Please Note, when using our cartoons or content on a website with Google Adsence we
will want our Adsence code next to or near the cartoon. This is a common practice when sharing content and does not violate the Google Adsence terms of agreement. It’s
commonly called 50/50 ad.

Amendment 2: PAY PER POST Blogs (May 14, 2008)
If you are going to use my cartoons as content for your PAY PER POST blog then please consider a 50% commission. This is not required, but it’s a nice to be compensated of my work every now and again.
