Moving in Madness
Well, as many of you know, I was “asked” to vacate the place I’ve been renting for the last year. It comes during a time when many are dealing with loosing their homes and jobs and an overwhelming sense of dread, wondering what is going to happen next.
Last week I learned a hard lesson, I found lots of places to move with the family, but they all wanted credit history, references, application fees, no dogs and the list goes on. Basically, all normal stuff unless you are being forced out and have no credit or money for an fee. I did find two places that would work with me, one fell through and with the move dead line fast approaching, I had to act fast on the other place. The problem is it’s so small! But, I guess it beats being on the street because really that looked like a plausible out come. But being here in Florida, I thought if that happens I would just set up camp at the beach… That way I figure if I’m going to be homeless, might as well be homeless in paradise and have every day be a beach day.
