Mental Health Humor: MOVING - moving - Moved!!!
Hello every one! What a wild few days. And we are not done yet. Sunday we will go to the old place and get the rest of our stuff and toss out everything else. We had to throw every thing we could away just so we could fit into the little place. Last week, two trash trucks showed up at the house and then left… The foreman said, “We can’t take this!”… I called in the pick up a few days before but they still said “NO!” I called their main office and an hour later he was back and not happy. So I went out there and helped the trash men get the stuff in the truck. This week there is not as much but I’m going to call it in anyway.
Well, that was Wednesday, and packing with four kids is so fun! Our 3 years old wanted to help so she dumped out all the boxes that were not taped shut. Then Thursday we all went to the new place to clean the place. It was funny, they said it was move in ready and clean. But not every one’s concept of clean is the same. My wife cleaned it from top to bottom. Now comes the fun part. When we got back to the old place we had got a nice surprise… Our electricity was shut off and had to pay almost $600.00 to get it back on which was money we don’t have. We just put every thing we had on our new place so now we would have to clean and pack in the dark. Good thing I had a generator, we had light and T.V. for the kids. So that is what has been going on here… Oh, our new place did not have any water so we had to take a shower at our old place. Needless to say the last few days have been an adventure to say the least.
We will be off line till Monday but I’ll try and post a cartoon Sunday.
