Mental Health Humor: Things That Bug Me!

Thing That Bug Me!

If you have been on meds for a while and have gone through the constant regime of tweaking this med or that one… Double it or reduce it or stop this one and try that one…  Well, some times we may get to a point that we think we know what is too little or what is too much and decide to up one of our meds without talking to our doctor.

It’s true, we may be 99% right, but all it takes is that 1% to be in real trouble… or worse.  Sadly, it happens all too often and when we are taking medication that can cause some serious injuries.

Now last week, I talked about doing this very thing and I wanted to say sorry.  I know sometime that it is much easier to  tell some one what not to do then for some one to do it themselves.

So that being said please don’t follow my bad example and follow your doctors orders…
